Iron Star Doors offers a 5 year limited warranty on parts and a 5 year limited warranty on the finish of each iron door. We warrant our product to be free from defect in material and workmanship to the user and will repair or replace any defective product or parts at Iron Star Doors’ sole discretion.
This warranty excludes installation, weather stripping and natural weathering. Finishes will naturally age due to exposure to the elements. In time the finish may rub off in certain places due to the operation of the door.
Iron Star Doors does not consider this to be a defect, but rather a natural process which cannot be avoided and over time enhances the naturally aging appearance of the door.
We stock all of the moveable parts and paint in our Dallas warehouse and will provide these materials free of charge to any of our customers. |
